Purchase of tickets

Where can I purchase my tickets?

You can buy your tickets online at http://www.ticketera.in

Do I need to pick up my tickets at one of Ticketera’s points of sale or can I obtain them electronically?

You may choose either option. If you chose to receive your tickets through Print at Home, all you need to do is print your tickets and present them at the venue. If you chose to obtain your tickets through your mobile device (iPhone, Android, or Apple Watch), then select the Mobile Ticket option and show your electronic ticket at the venue.

If you chose Will Call, you will have to pick up your tickets at the box office, showing the credit card used for purchase and a valid ID with photo, issued by a state of the United States or by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Tickets will only be delivered to the owner of the credit card used for purchase.

Which methods of payment are accepted for purchase?

For online purchases, accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

At the box office, you may pay in cash, through debit card issued by a bank located in Puerto Rico, and with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Will I be able to see my purchase history?

Yes. You can access your purchase history at http://www.ticketera.in by following the “My Tickets” link. Once there, enter your electronic mail address and password.

I did not receive electronic confirmation of my order.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, email us through our online contact form available at http://www.ticketera.in. One of our representatives will send you your confirmation.

I forgot my password. How can I regain access?

To regain access to your account at Ticketera™, follow these steps:

  1. Access our online portal http://www.ticketera.in and select “My Tickets.”
  2. Press “Forgot password.”
  3. Enter your electronic mail address. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

TICKET PRICE AND SERVICE CHARGES

Who determines ticket prices?

The event’s promoter is responsible for setting ticket prices. Ticketera™ does not establish, changes, or in any way modifies process for tickets sold through its service.

Who determines availability of tickets?

The event’s promoter is responsible for determining available inventory of tickets.

Are all tickets subjects to service charges?

Yes. All tickets purchased through Ticketera™ are subject to service charges, as well as other charges which may not necessarily be optional. Services charges and additional charges may vary from event to event. Under no circumstances will service or additional charges be reimbursed, even if the event is cancelled.

Your purchase confirmation includes all charges associated with your order. Ticket prices, service charges and additional charges are subject to Sales and Use Tax (applicable in Puerto Rico only).

Claims and Refunds

Can I change or cancel my tickets?

No. All sales are final. Ticketera™ will not cancel or exchange processed orders.

What happens if my event gets canceled or postponed?

Cancellation of events to be held in Puerto Rico is regulated by the Office of Services to Public Event Promoters of the Internal Revenue Service of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The date, time, and location of the event are subject to change. Any reimbursement of ticket price and/or applicable taxes due to changes in date, time, and/or location of the event are the sole responsibility of the promoter of the event. Refunds will be made through the same method of payment used for purchase. The promoter of the event will be responsible of notifying cancellation or postponement of the event, as well as any instructions for reimbursement.

Service charges, additional charges and taxes for such charges will not be refunded.

Why are service charges not refundable?

Ticketera™ operates as the ticket sales processing service and sales agent for the promoter of the event. The promoter may change, cancel or postpone any event. However, with every ticket sale, Ticketera™ has already incurred in operational expenses involved in every transaction and has provided its services.

What do I do if I lose my General Entrance tickets or they get stolen?

Issued and delivered General Entrance tickets will not be reprinted and access to the event will not be granted.

What do I do if I lose my Numbered-Seat tickets or if they get stolen?

The person who ordered the tickets must file a complaint with the Police reporting stolen or lost tickets. After filing the complaint, this person must show valid ID with picture and the complaint number at the box office, upon which replacement tickets will be issued. Venue will verify that no other person has already gained entry to the event with the tickets reported lost or stolen.

Available discounts in Puerto Rico

Are there any discounts available for the elderly?

A minimum of 5% of the total ticket inventory of each event will be reserved for senior citizens over the age of 65. Such reserved tickets may be purchased under a 50% discount from regular ticket price. This discounted rate for senior citizens will be available until no less than 72 hours before the event. Senior citizen discounts apply to ticket price only, not to service charges or other additional charges established by Ticketera™. Discounted tickets will be issued to senior citizen in person and requires valid ID issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, with picture and date of birth. This discount is only valid for events held in venues belonging to or operated by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

This discount is subject to all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. Discounted-ticket holder may be required to show valid ID as described above at the main entrance of the event.

Are there any discounts available for handicapped persons?

Disabled persons will be granted a 50% discount from the regular purchase price. Such discount applies only to the regular ticket price, not to applicable service charges or any other additional charges established by Ticketera™. Discounted tickets will be issued to disabled person with valid ID certifying disability, issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. This discount is only valid for events held in venues belonging to or operated by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

This discount is subject to all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. Discounted-ticket holder may be required to show valid ID as described above at the main entrance of the event.
